1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BITGAIN DISTRIBUTOR
1. BITGAIN DISTRIBUTOR JOINING
a. Joining as a BitGain Distributor who have completed 18+ age, can be signed-up without any registration fee.
b. When candidate referred by BitGain distributor then submitting of referred id, candidate will start filling the joining details, after carefully filling all details candidate will accept the Terms & Conditions of BitGain by ticking on the BitGain Distributor terms and condition agree column.
c. After completion of all these processes the candidate will now become the distributor of BitGain and receives his/her ID number and password, after which he/she can start to get company first purchase products and so on also will get an opportunity to sponsor others.
d. After sign-up and receiving of product commissions is optional, if need any commissions from BitGain company then he/she must work (sales) as business commission plan made by the company.
e. After making a sales by BitGain in order to get income upload all KYC details of candidate in BitGain Portal like. Adhar, Pan, Bank details.
f. Commissions will be transferred after deduction of 5% admin and 5% TDS. TDS as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act. In case the Distributor fails to submit their PAN CARD, then after the deduction of 20% TDS the commission will be transferred into the distributor's account.
g. Meetings and seminars provided by BitGain company or senior distributors of BitGain so new candidates and Distributor will also required to attained mandatory sessions. In order to get knowledge about the Direct selling business, BitGain business plan and BitGain products, as well as sales of products.
h. BitGain Distributor can buy products for self-use or for resale in two ways: (i) Cash and Receive: - The BitGain distributor can purchase the BitGain products from the company’s Branch/ company BitGains also receiving invoice against the purchase shops made from the company. (ii) Sales through website:- The BitGain distributor can also buy BitGain products through his/her respective online distributor portal which can be accessed by signing in at www.smarthw.com or android app made by company.
i. To get continues the sales commissions in BitGain company he/she should purchase at least one product for every month.
TERMINATION OF BitGain DISTRIBUTOR
BitGain terminates all the undertakings it has reached with the disturbed Distributor. From the date of issuance of the termination notice.
BitGain can terminate the Distributorship of distributer if he/she:
>Giving wrong information about BitGain
>Against the Code of Conduct
>Making issue or any nonsense things with Company, Distributors, Products and any properties of Company
> Any other activities which are not related to company plan, working policy and T&C
> Using in wrong places of company name, products, id cards, etc which are related to company
If any by chance or by mistake doing above things company always ready to punish legally or block respective id’s without informing the distributors.
DECLARATION
I agreed to confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the BitGain Code of Conduct, BitGain Business Plan, Working policy, Earning policy, Terms & Conditions of the Company for the Distributorship and agrees to abide by the same. I understand and agrees BitGain distributorship cannot be transferred, sold, change to any person. I have no objection and agree to the company for deducting TDS from my monthly pay out (Commission). I seriously confirm that the information is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. I also confirm and agrees to abide by such terms and conditions modified by the company from time to time.
